Sebagai pemerhati lingkungan hidup, saya protes dengan adanya menu yang menggunakan sirip ikan hiu (hisit) pada jaringan restoran ini.Hiu adalah pemangsa yang berada dalam tingkat paling atas dalam jaringan rantai makanan di laut. Sebagai pemangsa utama hiu memiliki peran besar dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem lautan kita. Saat ini populasi hiu mengalami penurunan jumlah secara drastis akibat praktek penangkapan ikan yang merusak. Jika praktek tersebut berlanjut akan dapat mengakibatkan kolapsnya keanekaragaman hayati dan sumber daya ikan di lautan.Restoran yang menyajikan menu hiu berarti tidak peduli dan tidak mendukung perikanan berkelanjutan. Dengan menghidangkan menu hiu, berarti restoran tersebut mempunyai andil dalam kerusakan ekosistem laut. Restoran tidak merugi jika tidak memperjual-belikan menu hiu. Keberadaan dan kelestarian hiu di lautan berarti melimpahnya berbagai jenis ikan yang bisa dimanfaatkan dan mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis kuliner laut yang bertanggungjawab.

Canton paradise resto chinese food yg menurut gw salah satu yg enak di mal kelapa gading.. Disini ada dim sumnya juga. Lokasinya persis di lobi sebelah dante.. Disini ada bakpau bakar enak deh agak mirip sama punya tim ho wan. Untuk harga ya agak mahal dikit tp masi terjangkau lah kalau pesennya ga banyak2 hehehe

Canton paradise ini sodaraan nih sama paradise dynasty.. Menunya pun beberapa ada yang sama. Canton paradise gading ini rame banget tiap minggu pagi ngantrinya sampe depan pintu.. Enak for a chinese food :)

Overall:I went few times from few months ago.This restaurant is quite crowded, but in the recent day has gine bit quieter.To tell the truth this restaurant has slacken a bit, bit some of the menu is still good.We ordered Babi Momo, Mie Hokkien, Dengkul Ayam, Pork Bun and Chicken Claw.1. Setting:This resto has a chinese setting restaurant.Quite fancy set up. (4/5)2. ServiceUse to be very fast and friendly. On subsequent visit it feels a bit slow. (3/5)3. FoodFoodmas always still taste good. Dim Sum espexcially the chicken claws are favorite. (4/5)4. Price5 dishes and chinese tea will cost around IDR 300K.This price is acceptable at this restaurant setting. (4/5)Summary:Its an ok restaurant to taste dim sum and chinese food.Not cheap but not too expensive either.Service however is not as good as before.Score total = 15 / 4 variables = 3.75Final Score =  3.75 out of possible 5.

Im dissapointed to say because they changed their menu and everything cos now they are moving to different group. Their congee that was seriously the best out of the other restaurants was now the worst. It goes from having a great taste, texture and consistency to soupy and watery. Like its LITERALLY has a texture like WATER, its THAT runny. And you could CLEARLY see the rice and water seperates and not combining, its like eating a mushed up rice with water. I hope they fixed it soon. If they think changing their food is to improve so they could be better, well theyre clearly wrong.

My friend was curious to try Canton Paradise for quite some time, so we decided on one sunny afternoon to see what the curiosity was all about (he heard it from is friend).It was pretty packed but the staffs were attentive nonetheless, so we immediately got seats and we were handed the menu book. We ordered steamed shrimp and pork dumpling (came in 4 a set), stewed sweet pork ribs and steamed ling zhi tofu (water tofu) with chrysanthemum tea as our drinks.First of all, I would like to say that the dumpling was quite good, the serving portion was standard. The water tofu was quite good as well. The stewed sweet pork ribs was a disappointment. It was too sweet, and it didn't really taste well. All in all, it was a pretty so-so dining experience.We paid 360k IDR for 2 persons, quite expensive for dumplings, a set of ribs and a tofu. I won't be coming back as I feel that many other restaurants offer tastier menu with better price. At least his curiosity is sated.

I love chinese food and this is my 2nd time to eat at canton paradise. For the first time I decided to eat here I was so confuse because there are so many food to eat and they all look so delicious, but for the 2nd time I was so disapointed because the menu has changed. They changed all the menu, I don't know why. But still, the food is very delicious and very recommended for those who love chinese food. The atmosphere is also good, I love how they decorate the restaurant. It made me enjoy my food a lot. Although the price is little bit expensive but the taste is amazing.

Part of the Boga Group, Canton Paradise has similar menu to Paradise Dynasty and Taste Paradise. If you come during dim sum hours, the standard Xiao Long Bao is my go-to dish at this restaurant. Other things you could try include the Crackling Pork Belly and the Crisp Fried Crystal Prawn Tossed in Salted Egg Yolk. Bonus Tip: They also  serve several dishes from Taste Paradise menu (ask for the menu set since it is on a different menu book than the standard Canton Paradise menu)

The Specialty dish here, if you ask, is their Roast meat, an assorted choice of Peking Duck, Kampong Chicken and Pork. So we tried the combination of BBQ Pork with Honey Sauce and Crackling Pork Belly. My personal favourite is the tender thin slices of BBQ pork, drizzled generously in sweet honey sauce. The Crackling Pork Belly was also delightful with tender meat and crispy crackling.
