Lagi pengen makan chinese food di restoran di pantai mutiara. View restoran ini bagus sekali dan sangat nyaman. Di restoran ini banyak banget menu seafood nya. Saya paling suka udang mayones, cumi cabe garam dan sapi lada hitam nya. Memang saya pecinta pedas jadi kalau kesini pasti pilih beberapa menu yang pedas juga. Wajib banget sih makan disini pasti bakal ketagihan

#MyTasteMyLifeFood Travel Living Life"Dapur Seafood, It’s a Kitchen with Lots of Seafood…" This resto has been around for sometimes, nestled in a stretch of beaches near Regatta apartment at Jalan Pantai Mutiara, Pluit, North of Jakarta.This area might not been too famous for food, or many people are familiar with it, possibly due to the access to this area is through a bridge and this area is not where one drives through to go to another destination.We were invited to an event where websites, media both TV and online were present at this resto sometimes ago.The event was conducted at around noon, so the weather was not very friendly at that hour, furthermore the area used was at the large area at back of the resto, where the view was good however the temperature was not. Recommend that you come to this resto at a more friendly temperature time, or go up to the air-conditioned second floor.I.Setting:The resto looks modern from the front and the inside. Good interior and décor, just what you would expect from a seafood resto. Nothing too out-of-the-ordinary kind of interior, or worth mentioning as anti-mainstream. Quite ok. Only that the open-air first floor might need some water-vapor fans to dampen the heat of the sun shining through the open large-back area of the resto, in case guests prefer to sit at that area, because that area got the best view to the boats parking area.This back area was quite hot and the sun was shining through the overhead canopy and after some 3 hours of the event, we literary unable to take the heat anymore.So it’s (3/5)…II.Service:The response of the staff were quite good, the ordering of the drinks were smooth and the staff got adequate knowledge about the drinks. Quite friendly and courteous, request were handled quite fast and drinks served at acceptable time limit.Food however were quite delayed, possibly due to the size of attendees on this event, however to be fair, the second floor sitting area also got some customers. In a hindsight, food service should be faster, as the total sitting area in the resto was not fully occupied. Imagine what will happen should the resto has full capacity at say Saturday night dinner time.So for this it’s (3/5).III.Food and Drinks:To be fair, due to the number of people attending this event, and due to the amount of food being served, we were unable to try most of the dishes being photographed. Compared to many seafood resto in Jakarta, these prices seems very high and should this resto is located in one of the high rise buildings along Sudirman or Thamrin area, I would agree with the price. However exclusive the area (Pantai Mutiara) where this resto is located, these extravagant prices were difficult to support.So (2/5).V. Marketing Positioning.Lastly we look into the Marketing positioning of this resto.The area where this resto is located was of a high end one, hence it appear that this resto is targeting middle-high or high end clientele.The décor and building of this resto does represent the positioning being sought after by the management of the resto, although due to this is seafood resto, we personally feel that the décor only represent middle-upper resto setting and not high-end setting, such as those found in Grand Indonesia or Plaza Indonesia area.The food and food presentation are also trying to mimic these high end resto setting, in the size (which was quite small in my opinion), however in all respect and fairness, the plating and such of these foods are not representative of these high end position being sought.The price of these food does represent the high end position, but sadly not supported with the supporting infrastructure of this resto.Hence (3/5)Summary:The food in this resto is oke, should you want to come here to relax or try the food is also ok. Craving for good seafood around muara karang, so then try dapur seafood at Pantai Mutiara. Easy to find, near jetski cafe, or you can simply find this place using google map. We ordered ikan kuwe bakar pedas, udang vaname live rebus, kelapa jeruk, and kangkung ebi. Ikan kuwe, udang, n kangkung're delicious, each portion has its own sambal! Surely will come back again. Service is good, waiter's very informative, although it's bit timey to wait the food to be served out. But not a big deal. Place is also comfortable! :)

Udah langganan disini sejak mereka di PIK. Kalo tempat sih enak, sejuk kalau sore. Tapi kadang banyak nyamuk ( ; _ ; )... Pelayanan sih OK, ramah.Menu biasa pesen:- Cah Kangkung Tauco- Gurame Pasir Mas- Kepiting Lada Hitam- Kerang Kepah Saus Padang- Cumi Saus PadangCah kangkung tauco, rasanya lumayan tapi kurang pedas dikit. Pilih kangkung nya sih oke, gak layu kecuali kalo lagi rame biasa agak layu kurang fresh. Enak sih,tapi enakkan emak yg masak... LOLGurame Pasir Mas, guramenya sih enak gk bau lumpur. Biasa kan, kalo masaknya salah sering ada bau gk enak, kalo ini sih enggak. Bumbunya juga pas agak crunchy. Masaknya juga mantap! Gk lembekKepiting Lada Hitam, (main course, LOL) enak agak pedes karena black peppernya. Gk lembek, gk keras masaknya OK :)Kerang Kepah Saus Padang, saus padangnya sih okay, tapi kadang pedesnya minta ampun. Masak kerang nya sih enak gk lembek. Tahu goreng Review :+ Konsep dan setting tempatnya persis kek banjak, cuma view ny diganti sungai mini aja.+ Makanannya oke dan pastinya fresh. Guritanya enak, manis dan wangi banget. Sisanya okelah, nothing special.+ Harganya sedikit lebih murah dari banjak.- Pelayanannya agak lambat.Overall recommended.

Ikan baronang bakar + udang saos padang + cumi goreng tepung + kangkung balacan.Ikannya cukup tawar. Bumbu kecap ga meresap.Udang saos padang. Pedesnya gila banget!!!Kangkung balacan. Ini restoran seafood favorite keluarga kami. Kalau ada acara ultah atau ngumpul keluarga, sering diadakan di sini. Kalau lagi mau makan seafood, langsung pikirannya ke sini. Interiornya bagus, viewnya bagus, tempatnya bersih, suasananya enak banget. Makanan di sini lumayan enak-enak semua, favorite kami udang vianne hidup, cumi goreng tepung, kerang dara, bawal jepang bakar, kepiting saus padang. Dulu juga sering order hiu tapi sekarang udah gak pernah ada lagi. Pelayan di sini juga TOP banget, super ramah. Selalu puas datang ke sini. Dan yang pasti kami akan selalu datang kembali ke sini.

Gak pernah bosen untuk merapat ke sini, view natural alam lepasnya bagus banget, menyatu dengan design interiornya yang sederhana. Tempatnya bersih, plus pelayanannya ramah dan cepat. Suka banget liat aquarium aquariumnya, kapal kapal yang bersandar di sekitar resto ini, dan pemandangan laut lepas yang keren banget, berasa santai & damai aja kalo ke sini. Yang pasti, makanannya enak & harga terjangkau oleh kantong. 👍🏻👍🏻

Dapur seafood ini rekomen kalo mau makan seafood yang enak di daerah Pluit, ditambah view dan suasana yang oke. Waktu kesini lagi ada diskon 50% untuk menu tertentu setiap hari nya. Nyobain kerang tauco dan cumi nya. Rasa seafood nya fresh, porsinya banyak, apalagi kerang tauco nya jadi 19ribu aja👏🏻 Puas banget makan disini.
