Sering makan itasuki di tempat lain tapi baru kali ini saya kecewa banget sama pelayanannya, yang bener” kecewa. Saya bukan tipe orang yang gabisa kompromi, saya jarang sekali mengkritik apalagi sampai tulis review di situs web. Saya duduk boro” dilayani, saya harus 5-6x minta menu dan ada cowok pelayannya BUANG MUKA malahan.. kita order ga dijual”in lama banget.. and gatau apa mereka ga respect sama orang yang pake eatigo (kalo emang gasuka sama orang yang pake eatigo, simple, owner gausah masukin ke eatigo!), pelayan langsung liat SECARA LANCANG DAN BERKALI KALI ke hp orang tua saya. dimana mannernya? Ketiga, kita pesen aqua (hanya 1 aqua) lama banget sampenya.. dan hebatnya, ada pelayan TEPAT DI BELAKANG KITA, ngomong : DIA UDAH PESEN, LU LAMA! .. sambil nunjuk dengan nada ngegas.. sekali lgi, mana mannernya? Apa harus saya masukin ke instastory dll supaya dr pihak management bisa perbaiki manner pelayannya? Sama skali ga recommended! Ga akan mau balik sini lagi! Worst!

Ita suki menurut saya pribadi suki yg paling enak. Kuahnya mantap bgt dan pilihan daging / sayurnya banyak. Makan di Central Park tempatnya luas dan pelayanannya oke.

If you are 90's kids, I believe you are familiar with MTV Asia broadcasted in Indonesia. One of the things I remember the most is MTV artist of the month that highlights all the info about the artist . Hereby, I'd like to make I-ta Suki as "Resto of the Month" in terms of its failure in service. Just to convince me, I intentionally read some comments about this store. So the rumour has it true that the bad service of the resto is more famous than the food itself. Too bad...!! So here are drama per drama I experienced during my visit. I came to the store with some staff standing in front of the entrance, yet NO BODY greeted me or even led me to a table. Since I was clueless, I asked to the a woman staff standing behind the cashier. Neither info nor Follow up actions from her I got. I felt like I was WORTHLESS as a customer. Karena merasa saya DIKACANGI, I decided to came in and asked one of the busiest staffs. And I finally got the table at the corner. Another drama continued. Came a waitress that took my order. I did not know how the management trainer taught them or the S.O.P of the service but she DID NOT take note of my order. As the result, she confirmed almost 3 TIMES of my order. LAME...!!Should I discuss my order and the food here? The food that I ordered, indeed had it all to be called as real good food. But, I purposedly highlight the service since I believe I am not the only one who experience this. And based on some comments I read, the management of this resto READ and GAVE the reply of the review. But no change at all with service. It means no follow-up actions with all those reviews previously. So Dear Management, If you read this, Immediate actions are truly needed. I, as the customer, feel dissapointed with service. It's not about some amount of money I spent. It's more to be the faith I had when I stepped in the resto. The faith that I would have real good experience. I personally still put the faith on your resto since the food you served were undeniably good. But I can't guarantee that the food would still taste good when your customers have a bad mood when they experience your kind of service.

Kedua kalinya makan di sini, tetap dengan porsi yang luar biasa banyak..sejauh ini masih termasuk jajaran makanan rebusan favorit sih..untuk kalian yang datang berdua bisa pesan menu paket berdua ya..Passion fruitnya juara

Makanannya enak , ga sempet foto karena udah kelaperan . Jadi foto singkong as a dessert aja.Service nya bagus dan cepat waiternya sudah sigap semua.Keep up the good work !
