Diajak temen ngemall plg kerja, sebelumnya check makanan dulu di situs web 😄 eh liat marutama ramen ini..langsung terpikat sama gbrnya menggiurkan, alhasil cusss ke plaza indo. Kita pesen tamago ramen spicy 'n buta cha-han... kuah ramennya gk kental spt ramen lainnya tapi enak bgt trs spicy2 gt meskipun warnanya gk merah merona.. buta cha-han alias nasgornya juga mantep banget.. wangiii.. pokoknya enak n puas jg porsinya.. servicenya overall ok sih meskipun pas dtg mbak yg di dpn nyambutnya dgn muka manyun.. hehe

Restoran yang di Plaza Indonesia ini pindahan dari yang dulu di eX. Kesan pertama masuk ke restoran ini tempatnya agak sempit dan suram. Kebetulan kali ini gw dapet meja yang sempit dan kecil. Jadi benar-benar ga leluasa buat makan.Pelayanan masih oke, standard, nothing outstanding either disappointing. Gw order beberapa menu. Tamago Ramen, Gyoza, dan Curry Rice. Quite surprise dengan rasa-nya kali ini. Krn gw sudah beberapa ke Marutama, taste kali ini bener2 di bawah ekspektasi gw. Tamago Ramen sih masih not too bad, sayangnya telurnya saat gw bilang setengah matang tapi sudah matang. Curry rice-nya kayak ga ada seasoning. Aroma kari-nya juga kurang strong. Gyoza not recommended. Hopefully they could fixed this.

Berawal dr kupon free tamago ramen galaxy gift samsung. Suasana tempat yang cukup nyaman dan tenang. Selain tamago ramen, sy jg memesan personal nabu chicken set. Kedua makanan ini overall enak, ramennya ckup besar porsiny dan daging pork yg lembut hanya saja menurut saya kaldunya kurang kental seperti 2 tmp ramen yang ichi ichi itu dan menya. Untuk nabe nya ckup menarik seperti shabu-shabu dgn kuah yg segar. Yah mungkin dr harga memang paling mahal dari 2 tmp ramen yg lainnya, ttpi saya cenderung memilih marutama sebagai tempat ke 3. :)

This is actually an "ok" place to eat ramen. Ok bcs i have tasted something more that this. The place concept was also ... Ok. I mean nothing's popped out or idk.It was not a bad experience but neither a wow experience. The other thing i bought was the buta gon, another 'ok' bcs i actually expected something more tasty than that.And oh the dessert called Sumo Bingsu. I thought this is a japanese restaurant but well they serve bingsu which is korean??? Anw the taste was also ... Um. Ok. But kinda worth it bcs it only costs 28K.The service was rather nice. And the place was rather empty. Oh price wise, i think you deserve better ramen for the price. I mean, idk. I probably won't be back there.

First time coming to Marutama to try their ramen. I ordered the Tamago Ramen, which was ramen with meat, tamago (soft boiled egg), seaweed (they ran out of this, imported from Japan!) and spring onion. You can choose either chicken or pork meat, and for the soup spicy or non-spicy. The level of spiciness was just right, not overpowering the tastiness of the soup. For the soup they use Tori-Paitan, which is very rich cloudy chicken soup made for 5 hours! No MSG. If you have some leftover soup, order extra noodle! My partner in crime, my mom, ordered original shirunashi ramen. It's a bowl of dry ramen with Marutama special sauce, char siew meat (chicken or pork) and Tori-Paitan on the side. So you dip the ramen in Tori-Paitan and just slurp it. For those who are not into noodle soup, this might be a good option. They also have rice menu, nabe set (soup with different toppings), and appetizers. We tried the cheese kooroke, and it was yummy!Service was great. The waiters seemed to have good knowledge on the menu. Overall, great experience!

Ini adalah kunjungan ke 2 setelah puas dgn yg sebelumnya.Makanan tetap order tamago ramen, hanya saja sekarang ada paket ra matcha set 95k++ ( ramen+ tea+ dessert). Dessert boleh pilih ichigo parfait/matcha creme brulee/ matcha mochi ice cream.Nextnya mau coba menu yg lain.

Best ramennnn n best tamago...In my opinion, marutama served the best ramen. The broth is very tasty, and the tamago, it was the best tamago i've ever eat.I usually order the tamago ramen, it served with 1 pc of whole egg, 2 sliced of meat (chicken/pork), aosa (seaweed) and negi (chopped spring onion).But lately, they were run out of aosa, and replaced it with another sliced of meat.If you like to eat a lot, i suggest to order the zenbu ramen, it had the same toppings as the tamago ramen, but it had the additional 2 pcs of pork belly, which taste very good.👍Try it!! You won't be disappointed.. it's really really good!! :D

Biarpun abis ayce dimsum siangnya, tp sekitar jam 5 perut uda keroncongan. Kepengen makan ramen dan kebetulan yg paling deket adalah si Marutama Ramen ini.Waktu dtg lg ada banner promo set, ramen + ocha (free flow kaka) + dessert skitar 95++. Akhirnya kita memutuskan untuk pesen paket itu. Ramennya lupa yg mana jenisnya, cma smpt ngeliat aja di menu book. Btw ini seharusnya ada seaweednya klo ga salah, tp karna lg out of stock diganti ama 1pc pork (waiternya oke banget lah dia ngasih info dan penjelasan sebelum kita shock kok digambar 2pcs yg dtg jd 3pcs kan).Untuk ramennya, kuahnya not strong enough ya. Mild gitu, sdikit gurih, tapi dagingnya lumerrrr sekalee (ngarep ditambain 1pc lagi). Tp untuk mienya kurang meresap kyknya. Porsinya banyaak, dijamin puas kenyang lah.Dessertnya pesen matcha parfait. Cakep banget waktu dateng difoto2 dulu. Isinya ada jelly, corn flakes, yoghurt? + selai stroberi klo ga salah. Awalny mgkn mikir td uda makan ramen seporsi emang abis si parfaitnya? Eits jgn salah ya gais, ni parfaitnya ga bikin eneg lho. Mgkn karna ada rasa kecut2 sele stroberinya sama yoghurt? trs sensasi corn flakes yg crunchy itu bikin perut ini lahap banget utk menyeruput sendok demi sendok.Overall puaslah ya makan disini.

Kali ini pesan menu paling komplit : Zenbu Ramen! Kalo favoritnya disini tamago ramen, nah zenbu ini plus2. Ditambah dengan pork belly dan char siew yang 2x lipat jumlahnya 😀Rasa? Well 4,5 out of 5. Kalau di resto ramen deket mabes polda secara rasa kuah kental (yg rasanya enakkk), ini sedikit lebih light. Utk beberapa org mungkin tergantung preference lebih suka kental atau lebih ringan. Namun rasanya juara!Utk tomago mungkin disini yg terbaik. Kuning telurnya begitu nikmat. Telur asin setengah matang namun teksturnya tidak terlalu berair dan tidak asin. Kombinasi yg ciamik!!!Karena beli paket dengan dessert, dipesanlah Ichigo (matcha) Parfait. Dari gambar sangat menarik. Begitu juga pada saat datang. Sendokan pertama kena es krim matchanya cukup enak, meski cenderung pahit. Namun begitu masuk lebih dalam (campuran corn flake, fla, strawberry dan matcha jelly), rasanya jadi berantakan. Agak kecewa sih. Rasa enaknya ramen jdi buyar. 2.5 out 5 untuk dessert ini. Mungkin lain kali akan pesan dessert yang berbeda.

Had a dinner here as a reward for passing my exams. Ordered their Zenbu Ramen (pork). Zenbu (全部) means everything so as the name suggested, this bowl of ramen has everything that Marutama Ramen has to offer. It has slices of chashu (meat), braised pork belly, spring onion, and of course Marutama's famous onsen tamago. It's supposed to have some seaweed but at that time they're out of stock, which explains the extra slice of meat there. Everytime I had a bowl of ramen, I always try the broth first. Marutama's broth is not as thick as other place. As someone who loves their broth thick, I don't think Marutama won my heart. But for those who prefer lighter soup this may be the one for you. The meat was thin and springy. As you can see they put a very generous amount of spring onion on my bowl. I personally don't mind them but if you do please let the waiter know beforehand. I forgot to ask for no sesame so you can see white spots on the egg and braised pork belly that I'll take out one by one with chopsticks. The chashu was ordinary but the egg was glorious! Beautiful oozing deep-colored yolk, brown and shiny surface, full of flavors, no wonder they're proud of this award-winning insen tamago. Personally I'd like the egg to be cooked a bit longer to get a jelly-like texture but that's a matter of preference. This is probably perfect for every normal person's standard. Pork belly was so tender, I can cut the huge lump of meat with my chopsticks. They taste wonderful. Pork belly can never go wrong. It's not too fatty and I believe they use high quality meat to make this.Eaten as whole, I think zenbu ramen may be a bit confusing. I have to think before choosing which sides I will have with my noodle; chashu, egg, or pork belly. But it was a wonderful kind of feeling! Haha. Overall I enjoyed my bowl of ramen. Not my favourite but still very tasty. Too bad it's a bit pricey (99k, not incl. tax & service) otherwise I might've come more often. Especially for their egg!
