Sop iganya enak, kuahnya enak, isinya seporsi cuman 2 potong dagingnya..Sop kepala ikannya bumbunya pas, ga keaseman, tapi daging ikannya ga terlalu kenyal..Size udangnya agak gede, sayangnya agak keras daging udangnya..Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, pelayanan ramah..

one of the oldest padang food i ever had, maybe since i was a kid more than 30 years ago.the flavors are always the same, very consistent.my favorite is the ayam pop, gulai, dendeng balado, sate padang lidah, telor balado with vegetables and sambal ijo.the place (in any of their outlets) is always clean & tidy, and service is okay.maybe its not the best padang, but i'm always coming here with friends.

Sari ratu disini modelnya restauran dan lumayan gede tempatnya. Suka bgt sm rendangnya, empuk dan bumbunya meresap. Hanya saja klo pas jam makan siang or malan pelayanannya suka lama.

Never been to a fancy Padang restaurant before. And honestly it was not that satisfying. Same as the others, Sari Ratu serves all of their menu ahead, lets us eat the ones we want and charge them to us later. I tried Ayam Pop, which is usually a trademark dish in Padang restaurants. Not bad. Same goes for Dendeng, Egg and Fish. However, when it comes to price-for-value, Sari Ratu is not that recommend-able. But since we can't possinly guarantee the Padang food hygiene out there, Sari Ratu is a good choice to go with when you're craving for the authenticness.

pertama kali makan di resto padang mewah ya di sini. tempatnya cakep hehehe. favorit kalo ke sini ya sama aja sih, pasti mesen ayam pop, tunjang sama perkedel. kalo suami pasti rendang. oya, ayam pop mereka enaaaaaaaaak banget.

Sari ratu untuk padang indonesia cukup enak tapi dibbandingin dengan harganya OMG bisa shock.. Enaknya 8/10 harganya 4/10 ga keruan kalau di rata2 6/10 lah harga ama rasanya.. Bisa mendapatkan rasa lebih enak dengan harga jaih lebih murah... Banyakkkk.. Tapi buat bawa tamu negara boleh lah makan disini

The food here are always nice, i usually ordered their kikil and mom love their ayam pop. But the last time we went there i found a small cockroach inside their straw on the avocado juice that i ordered, which was appalling as they should've seen it, which made me wonder how they kept the straw. Food wise are good but i wont go back so soon.

Rating : Food 5/5Ambience 4/5Price 2/5 In my opinion, Sari Ratu is one of the best Nasi Padang that i've ever had. However, be prepared to experience a delicious Nasi Padang at the price of normal Ramen Restaurant in Indonesia. Yes, it's quite expensive for Nasi Padang. My mum is quite a fan of Nasi Padang, thus, i've tried many Nasi Padang from different restaurant -from well known to local store- in my life 😂 We have tried Nasi Padang from 5 Sari Ratu outlets, and our favourite is the one in Plaza Indonesia. Some of Sari Ratu must-try dish includes : 1. Rendang - it's flavourful but may be a little bit spicy2. Ayam Panggang (Grilled Chicken) - the seasoning is just sooo Indonesian kind of delicious 3. Udang Goreng (Fried Shrimp) - THIS IS THE BESTTT. But, it's PRICEY. 4. Kerupuk kulit + kuah (beef skin + sauce) - Nasi Padang is not perfect without this! Besides, the sauce served with the kerupuk kulit is warm, which is an unique experience from Sari Ratu that i've never had in other Padang restaurant. The rest of the food are okayy, but those that i mentioned are some of my recommendation.

Decent nasi padang. Kalah jauh lah kalo dibandingin juara2 nasi padang lain macem pagi sore, sederhana atau surya. Tapi okelah kalo pengen makan nasi padang di mall. Biasanya milih paket yg udah bisa pilih ayam/daging + sayur. Sama air mineral biasanya ~50k. Worth it? Gak juga sih, tp namanya juga di mall.

Bad customer service; got scolded by the manager of the restaurant when I didn’t do anything wrong! If you want to order your food individually, you’ll be sent to the kitchen/buffet area, a very busy area filled with waiter/waitresses. There’s no indication of where you can stand to order your food, so I choose to stand at a safe place to not impede the movement of the waiter BUT there isn’t any safe place to stand.....so the waiter scolded me for something that is not my fault; why as a customer do we have to order at the kitchen???? Saya di marahi oleh manager restoran ini padahal saya tidak melakukan kesalahan apapun. Kalau mau order satu satu, kita disuruh ke dapur atau tempat prasmanannya, yang dimana tempat ini sangat ramai dan kita sebagai customer akan bingung harus berdiri dimana kalau tidak mau mengganggu pekerjanya. Ketika saya mau order makananan, saya dimarahi oleh mas masnya karena saya tidak berdiri di tempat yang tepat, padahal tidak ada tempat yang cocok untuk beridiri di dalam situ. Kenapa sebagai customer dimarahi disitu? Padahal kan bukan salah saya kalau proses memesannya tidaklah efisien.
