I've always been a big fan of it so I was thrilled to try theirs (well technically, it's Shishafe who makes the shisha but I guess it's still under The Playroom's name? No? Lmao IDEK I'm an amateur reviewer). Turns out charming. The price to it is strangely rather budget-friendly even though they give out free charcoal. I'm very eager to get into more details about the hookah but since i'm reviewing this place, I think it's an unfair thing to do, to The Playroom. The fact that The Playroom and Shishafe is right next to each other, doesn't make the ambience the same as they have a very drastically different atmosphere. While Shishafe has a chilly laid back lounge vibe, The Playroom has the stereotypical of your local nightclub vibe that fills with young crowds. And I think it's beneficial so you can easily move whenever your mood flips. Upstairs is where they usually throw a party. You need to make a reservation *if there is a party held* to book a table & sofa with different variety of minimum payment, depending on the placement of your selected sofa. For instance, you choose to be seated infront to have a great view to the live DJ, know that it'll make the minimum charge go higher than the one on the corner. The party is great, they play EDM as usual but could go with Hip Hop/ RnB on certain event but it's not my cup of tea since I don't really enjoy loud music. Now to the drinks, I'd say they have a really affordable price for em. I ordered a Tiramisu Martini *if I'm not mistaken* and it taste great. As for the food, they have their ups & downs. The price is quite fair. The burger's meat is lack of juice and it's not crumbly. The pasta is pasty I personally believe it was likely cooked a little too long, in too little water. Though the french fries is good. They served it hot with just the right temperature and is not over-salt, thankfully. Moving to the most controversial part, the service, I'll try to make it unbiased as possible. I've always loved the staff here for their friendliness but my last vist had me change my judgment. I ordered a hookah like usual from the Playroom's area. I had a little too much drink before visiting the place so I was layin on my sofa chilling with my other friend. My friend was busy on her phone cus I couldn't keep myself awake all the time by then. But when I gained my consciousness back, I was awake to one of the staff chilling around my table and puffing the Hookah that I ordered. My friend told me the whole time it was rather him who enjoyed our hookah, not her. Although I'm aware that she could be lying bout it. She even could've been the one who asked the staff to come over and hang with us in the first place. However I think he still could've politely refused it, to keep it professional. Not to mention he asked my friend to come play billiard with him at the private billiard room and left me alone sleeping on the sofa. It was bad but I wouldn't generalized all the staff bad for what he did. I certainly will still drop-in again for their great ambience & shisha.

Tempat ngumpul buat main dart yang paling enak di PIK based on my personal opinion. Semua servernya ramah dan punya cara yang unik dalam serving customer. Variasi minuman yang banyak mulai dari casual drinks sampai alcohol. Knowledge dari barista yang bisa diadu dengan tempat" lain juga. Ga lupa juga selalu ada DJ night di weekend(jumat-minggu). + ada live music juga di weekday.

The Playroom ini salah satu tempat favorite to go aku sama temen2 aku, kenapa? karena tempatnya cukup nyaman untuk makan dan minum. sebenernya aku kalo kesini itu gak makan makanan berat paling snack atau dessertnya aja gitu dan yang penting minumannya. disini suasananya enak, biasanya aku sama temen2 kalo kesini pasti main darts, pokoknya playroom makin malem makin jadi sihh (y)

The ambiance was great especially on that day we booked the VIP room which was filled with in room entertainment like darts and pool table where everyone can play with. Its indeed a great place to spend with your friends or families. I guess the VIP room itself is very suitable for mini gathering, now lets move on with their food. Food was pretty good too but as for me Playroom is totally a great place to chill.

Datang kesini karena kumpul dengan teman2. Servicenya really not recommended!!!! Pesan makan sampe 1 jam baru datang, even untuk minum aja susah bener. Setiap kali ditanya pesenannya mana, pelayannya selalu nanya balik "pesen apa ya tadi"?? Sampe berkali2. Paling cepet mesen Indomie, sisanya 👎. Sampe kita self service sendiri untuk ambil piring, sambal. Lalu namanya juga Playroom yah, banyak anak2 main kaya dart, ambil boneka tapi org2 free smoke di tmpt main. Even di tempat sisha, malah pegawainya sendiri yg melakukan sisha. Pikir ulang deh kalau mau makan disini

Waktu itu saya makan nasi goreng tom yam di the playroom awalnya saya kurang suka dengan nasgor restoran ,dan saya nyobain nasgor disini rasanya agak aneh sih tapi lumayan lah ,tempatnya nyaman

Akirnya nyobain playroom! Stlh sekian lama mondar mandirin PIK.. suka bgt sama tmptnya.. lucu banyak mainannyaaaaa.. makanannya juga enak.. ak paling suka sama iga blackpepper sama mushroom soup!Oiyaaaaa ada dessert super unik.. es krimnya ada mie goreng garingnya gitu.. pas mw makan awalnya takut2.. sumpah aneh.. tp pas dmakan ternyata enakkkkk.. hahahahahahaOverall tempatnya asik buat hangout dan nongkrong2 breng temen!
