A very nice Asian-Melbourne styled brew bar located near Pondok Indah Mall served by a skilled 'Melbournian' barista.The place is simplistic and spacious, enough space to roll around and fool around laughing. Atmosphere is very clear and sun light can come through as most sides are full length glasses. The place is very fine tuned with Zen! But what's disturbing my chi is their lack of air-con, a little hot on the inside. This cafe is very focused on coffee, not many options for non-coffee drinkers but Tea and Choc. Their food options are limited to donuts, some cakes or cookies. For coffee drinker, I find bliss, their Melbourne (a menu) consist of double ristretto and milk, which makes the coffee super strong. I like how they call the coffee as simple as 'Black' or 'White' or 'Fillter'. As simple as how coffee should be.For filter, the barista is very skilled at Kalita and Aeropress, but beans are quite seasonal; Tim Wendelboe, Seven Seeds, or Dukes Coffee and Modest Man Roasters. Quite a high profiled coffee beans and quite rare. But flavourful!Hope the owner could extend their pastries options soon!

Lokasinya ada di deretan ruko depan pom bensin Pondok Indah. Tempatnya spacious dengan design yang simpel dan modern.Kalau siang, tanpa lighting yang berlebihan juga sudah cukup terang dari sinar matahari yang masuk ke dalam ruangan. Masuk ke tempat ini sudah disambut aroma kopi yang harum banget, tempatnya juga sangat nyaman. Suka banget dengan coffee shop semacam ini. Saya datang beberapa waktu lalu masih belum ada snacks. Jadi hanya ngopi aja. Coffee Barnya terbagi 2 area, yang satu khusus untuk espresso dan yang satu lagi untuk manual brew dan filter coffee. Saya pesan Cappucino, dibuat dari coffee beans asli Indonesia, dari Ciwidey. Rasa kopinya enak banget tidak pahit, rasa kopinya tebal dengan fruity after taste. Teman teman saya pesan White coffee, Competizione dan Filter Coffee. Karena saya hanya suka cappucino atau latte. Saya tidak bisa menikmati espresso shot dari Competizione dan Filter coffeenya. Menurut teman saya yang asli pencinta kopi, taste kopinya enak. Kalau Cappucinonya recommended banget deh.

Pleasant aroma of coffee greets as soon as you enter, enhancing your mood for having a nice coffee for your day. The interior is nice and spacious, an open space with simplicity, peaceful, friendliness, and very comfortable atmosphere.I opted for not too strong coffee that day and the barista recommended Filter that would be served according to my taste and indeed, the Filter smelt nice with light after taste. I personally like the way the barista brews just next to customers. It really shows confidence in brewing skills.Unless you are in only for a short stop, you will appreciate the café's emphasizing on coffee drinking experience. You will find yourself very comfortable sitting inside to recharge your mind for a while, giving yourself a space to daydream, doodle, or reading, appreciating the calm moment surrounded by the interior's soft bright lighting that is contrast to the hustle of the city outside. For your need, Wi-Fi is available, obviously.For the café's location, you will find it near PIM.The café is on the left side of the road where PIM's Metro and car park are facing.On this road, the café is right across a gas station.Make the café as one of your stops in your evergoing coffee journey.

Location is easy to find as it's located between Radio Dalam and PIM 1, just across the Pertamina gas station. Only been here 5x so far and my fave drink is their long black. Solid taste and always consistent. Price is average. One thing I noticed about this place is the echoing sound when people talk, making it hard to listen during a conversation. Also, it's kind of humid despite of the AC all turned on, maybe air circulation improvement for the future? Other than that, the owner/barista is very friendly and knows so much about coffee, of course. Will return again for their LB!

Three Siblings merupakan coffee shop yang belom lama buka di Plaza Pondok Indah 5 (ruko yang deket PIM). Ada diseberang SPBU Pertamina tepatnya.Kesan pertama saat memasuki Three Siblings, interiornya sangat clean didominasi off white dan bercampur dengan nuansa wood. Kursinya sengaja dibuat menyambung, tidak berpisah agar pengunjung dapat berinteraksi.Untuk pilihan menunya disini didominasi ama minuman aja, gak ada menu makanan kecuali yang emang kerja sama sama makanan dari tempat tertentu. Itu pun pas saya kesana, makanannya lagi gak dikirim. Pemiliknya bilang biasanya dia kerja sama sama chain doughnuts buat isi food nya.Menu nya gak ada di buku menu, adanya di dinding. Itu pun isinya ya sebagian besar kopi kayak Piccolo, Latte, Cappuccino, Manual Brew tapi ada juga teh sama minuman berbasis chocolate.Kemarin cuma berkesempatan cobain latte, manual brew. Berhubung saya bukan fanatik kopi, jadi gak bisa komen banyak. Kopi nya strong berasa, aromanya fragrant. Nice! Their house blend for the espresso is really good, especially for the melbourne (or magic). A perfect blend between coffee and milk. Haven't tried their manual brew yet though. The price is quite expensive but not much. A bit more expensive than other coffee shops. The venue it self is nice. Big open rooms with seating on the sides and it's easy to be located and lots of parking spots.

I'm not a serious coffee lover, jadi pas kesini bingung pesen apa, karena mereka menawarkan manual brew atau filter coffee. Eh? Apa bedanya? Pun pilihan blendnya gak banyak, karena mereka mengunggulkan biji kopi yg dijual. Kita pesen:- White cofee: walau dominan susu, tapi pekat kopinya terasa sangat pahit. tapi cukup enak- Capuccino: cukup pekat dan kuat, pun asamnya terasa seperti biskuit di aftertastenya. - Competizione: konsepnya unik, ada espresso shot & latte di 2 gelas terpisah. Kita minum espressonya dulu, dengan rasa asam yg pekat dari biji kopi Ciwidey. Kemudian minum latte yg susunya dominan, langsung terasa gurih dan agak manis.- Filter coffee: Lupa biji kopinya apa, tapi filter coffee ini disajikan seperti black coffee plain yg panas ketika disajikan. Agak aneh karena berempah, mirip kuah sup. Not my favorite.- Kenya filter coffee: dapet bonus kenya coffee yg pekat & tanningnya kuat banget karena biji kopi afrika. Gak bisa dinikmati tanpa minum latte karena sangat pahit, tapi rasa kopinya beda banget.Walau lokasinya agak tersembunyi karena ada di ruko pondok indah diantara rukan disekitarnya, tempatnya cukup nyaman, terang, bersih, dan sangat industrial. Pun kita bisa langsung melihat proses pembuatan kopinya di dalam resto sehingga tercium harum kopi yang menenangkan di ruangan.

Hmmm... Lokasinya ada di ruko sebelah kiri yg dari Pondok Indah arah ke Radio Dalam. Signage nya kurang, jadi nggak ngeh aja kalo ini ada di dalem ruko2 itu. Sepi bangeeett... Waktu gw dateng, tamunya cuma gw berdua. Mungkin karena kurang exposure tempatnya ya. Gw pesen affogato sama iced chocolate. Not having a special one for those two. Terus menu snacknya jg nggak banyak. Kalo nggak salah cuma ada 1 jenis snack

A new coffee shop near PIM 1, at ruko Plaza Pondok Indah 5 to be exact. This place is really minimalist and clean white ambiance, really good for those who came just to make looking good their instagram. Also it's a great place for quality time with your friends, as it has very calm atmosphere.In addition to its place, they have high quality coffee. I ordered cafe latte and it's really refreshing, the strong coffee with fresh milk really mixes well.IG : @mthandrew
